✨ Processing Time:

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. All duffel bags, tote bags, passport holders, and card holders are made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is placed.

📦 Shipping:

Once your order has been completed and carefully packaged, it will be shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

🛍️ Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items may ship separately from ready-to-ship items. Since our travel accessories are made to order, they require additional production time before they’re ready to be shipped.
